2. Reservations & Payments

2.1 Booking Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed once:

  • A valid payment method has been provided, and

  • You receive a written confirmation (email or message) from the Hotel or its booking partners.

2.2 Payment Methods

  • Online payments through approved platforms

  • Cash payments at check-in (if applicable)

3. Check-In & Check-Out

3.1 Check-In

Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
A valid government-issued ID is required for all adult guests.

Standard check-out time: 12:00 NN

3.3 Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Children & Extra Guests

4.1 Children Policy

Children are welcome at Morocco Hotel El Nido when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

4.2 Extra Guests

Extra guests beyond the standard room capacity may incur additional fees.

4.3 Responsibility for Minors

Parents/guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of children at all times while on Hotel premises.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

5.1 Cancellation Policy

5.2 No-Show
